| Insulation Jacketing & Fittings Aluminum: Aluminum's resistance to atmospheric corrosion makes it the ideal metal jacketing in most marine, chemical and industrial environments. Excellent cost savings can be achieved through long service with little maintenance. RPR Insul-Mate aluminum roll jacketing is supplied with a moisture retarder, which consists of 40-pound kraft paper coated with 1.5 mil thick, low density polyethylene film, heat and pressure bonded to the interior surface. This moisture retarder impedes galvanic corrosion caused by contact of dissimilar metals in the presence of moisture, and chemical corrosion caused by installing over damp insulation materials. RPR Products Insul-Mate aluminum roll jacketing is available in smooth and stucco embossed. Jacketing Product Data Sheet Fittings Product Data Sheet |

| Stainless Steel: RPR Products Insul-Mate Stainless Steel Roll Jacketing is manufactured from T304 prime grade Austenitic stainless steel with a regular 2B mill finish for flatness and reduced glare. With a melting point of approximately 2500 F it offers the best fire protection of all metals. Insul-Mate stainless steel jacketing is supplied with a moisture retarder, consists of 40-pound kraft paper coated with one-mil thick, low density polyethylene film, heat and pressure bonded to the interior surface. This moisture retarder prevents galvanic corrosion caused by contact of dissimilar metals in the presence of moisture, and also chemical corrosion caused by certain insulation materials when the sheets are installed over dam insulation materials. Insul-Mate Stainless Steel jacketing is available in several finishes which include smooth and stucco embossed. Jacketing Product Data Sheet Fittings Product Data Sheet |

| PVC: Proto PVC Jacketing is used to insulate mechanical piping systems operating to 500°F (260°C) and gives a quality appearance and excellent durability. Proto PVC Roll jacketing is available in 25/50-rated or indoor/outdoor grade and meets most fire and safety requirements of federal state and local building codes. PVC jacketing provides a significant cost savings over conventional cement systems and can be used indoors or outdoors. It has a bright high-gloss white color that adds a distinct quality appearance to the system which is easy to clean and is ideal for food and drug facilities. | Urethane / Metal: These insulated pipe supports are constructed of polyisocyanurate pipe insulation inside a 360 degree galvanized steel shield. The length of the metal shield varies with the diameter of the pipe. These supports are manufactured with a 4", 6", 9" or 12" metal shield. Urethane-metal supports are cleaner and lighter than traditional cal-sil and metal pipe supports and allow for faster and easier installation. |
| Cal-Sil / Metal: These insulated pipe supports are constructed of asbestos-free calcium silicate, treated for water resistance and glued to a galvanized shield with extended insulation. The compact size and easy installation make it an excellent selection for systems operating in the -20° to 1200°F temperature range. The extended calcium silicate ensures an important insulated vapor barrier. Product Data Sheet Calcium Silicate Data MSDS |
