Versi-Foam® is available in a higher density system, with a free rise density of 2.8 lb/cu-ft, 3 lb/cu-ft in place. It is 98% closed cell resulting in an R-factor of 7.7, a low moisture absorption rate and excellent compressive strength. This high density spray foam formula is suitable for applications where a stronger, harder material is required, including cryogenics and polyurethane foam roofing repair. This formulation has an expansion rate six times its original liquid volume and is tack-free in approximately 30 to 45 s and is available in the Versi-Foam® systems 10 and 33. Packaged in two cartons. It includes the two chemical components, our patented U-control dispensing gun attached to two 15 ft hoses, ten mixing nozzles, three fan tips and nitrile gloves. Will produce 396 sq-ft of cured foam at a 1 in thick or 33 cu-ft.
