- Can be installed with or without mechanical fasteners
- Cap makes watertight rubber on rubber seal
- Toungue snaps into flange to prevent the cap from coming out unexpectedly
- Patented locking ridge seals flange in place
- Predrilled holes for use of rivets or screws when used with rough-cut (used snips or oversize) holes
- When used with rough-cut holes, a bead of silicone sealant may be necessary to ensure a watertight bond
