Ideal Products’ Cut and Roll Jacketing is produced from both aluminum and stainless steel, meeting ASTM B-209 and ASTM A-240 standards. The Cut and Roll Jacketing can come with combinations of coatings, finishes, and moisture barriers, depending on your specifications and application. Cut & Rolled jacketing is typically used for protecting the insulation applied on straight pipe runs. Ideal Products C&R is produced on patented ACR (Automated Cut & Rolled) technology from large master coils and rolled to form on standard and custom circumferences. Standard circumferences are formed according to ASTM C585 dimensional standards. With ACR technology Ideal Products cut & roll is produced to extremely low tolerances of +/- 0.0001" thus ensuring precision fit.
