MinWool® Marine Board is designed to be used in shipboards and decks for thermal control and fire-resistance applications that operate at 1200°F or less. It is noncombustible and can be installed directly in bulkheads and decks. MinWool Marine Board is also lightweight and easy to handle, emitting very little dust, making it ideal for fabrication in marine vessel applications.

- Good Physical and Chemical Properties: Low water vapor sorption means this insulation will not grow mold or mildew, and it will resist growth of fungi and bacteria.
- Lightweight, Low Dust: Easy to handle and fabricate, this insulation is easy to cut with a knife. No sawing is required. Clean handling properties help reduce irritation and minimize job clean-up time and expense.
- Surface Burning Characteristics: Marine A60 insulation has a flame spread rating of 5 and a smoke developed rating of 0 when tested in accordance with AS™ E84, UL 723, CAN/ULCS102-M.
- Noncombustible: Marine A60 is noncombustible when tested in accordance with the IMO FTP Part 1 test protocol and AS™ E136.
- This product has the potential for extended lead times.
