LEWCO Style PSS 145 is a high temperature sewing thread constructed of 10 strands of 304 stainless steel 0.0017 in wire wound in a unique fashion and covered with 3 flame retardant polyester threads to prevent metal-to-metal wear. This thread is then coated with a silicone lubricant for smooth operation. LEWCO Style PSS 145 will maintain integrity after long-term exposure to outside elements, resistant to mildew, aging, alkalis, chlorides and many other liquids and gases. This thread may easily be set up to operate on industrial sewing machines.
