SelectSound® black acoustic boards are made of inorganic glass fibers with a thermosetting resin binder and formed into rigid rectangular boards that are dimensionally stable and will not shrink or warp. SelectSound® black acoustic board comes with a smooth black veil surface over a gray/black board that provides low light reflectivity. The veil additionally aids in resisting damage during installation and service. When necessary, the durable black veil facing may be cleaned by vacuuming.
