Foster® fire-resistive anti-abrasion coating is a high-solids, water-based, fire-resistive, bore coating for the inner surfaces of cellular glass, rigid polyurethane, urea-formaldehyde or polyisocyanurate foam insulation to reduce abrasion from vibration and temperature changes of piping or vessels. Its strong adhesive qualities through a wide temperature range permits use on extremely low-temperature and dual temperature equipment. It is light in color to facilitate application and ensure full coverage of the insulation surface.
