A new payment portal is now available. You can view, search and pay your invoices in a secure online space. Please take the time to review our frequently asked questions to get you started using the portal.






What are the new billing changes?

There are no new billing changes.  We want to simply point out that SPI utilizes Billtrust for all invoicing and statements, which provides an easy way for you, the customer, to access your invoices and statements online, as well as make payments.

 


When will the new billing changes be effective?

The new billing changes will be effective on 01/01/2021.

 


How do I log into the portal?

To log into the portal, please visit http://SPI-CO.billtrust.com , and use the enrollment token found on the bottom of your invoices or statement.

 


How will I know when my bill is available?

You will receive an email notification when your invoices are available.

 


Will I be trained on how to use the portal? When?

There will be no formal training.  It is very intuitive, however if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your local credit manager who will be happy to assist and guide you through the process and system.

 


How do I get access to the online billing portal?

You can access the billing portal by going online to http://SPI-CO.billtrust.com.

 


Who will receive the invoice?

The email will be sent to your designated person once set up in Billtrust.

 


Can multiple people have authority to log into the portal?

Your company’s internal administrator (person that initially logs into Billtrust) for the portal can add additional users.

 


Will the new portal change how our invoices look?

There will be no changes to how your invoices look.

 


Can we pay online?

You can pay online via ACH.  If you are interested in paying online via Credit Card, please talk to your local branch or credit manager about that possibility.

 


Do we have to pay online?

Online payment is not mandatory, but we encourage you to pay your invoices online.

 


What method of payment can we pay with on the portal?

You can pay via ACH automatically.  Credit Card is also available if requested by your branch or credit manager.  There may be a 0.5% service charge associated with credit card payments.

 


Will I receive a print bill along with my electronic invoice?

You can receive a print bill along with your electronic invoice, though we recommend you go paperless.

 


Can I print my electronic invoices on the portal?

The portal allows you to view and print any invoices.

 


Will the bill of lading be available online?

The bill of lading will not be available on the portal.

 


Will I be able to upload the bill of lading to the portal to keep with my invoices?

At this time, you will have to continue your current process for managing the bill of lading with the invoices.

 


How long will my records be available on the online portal?

A new or current bill will be stored for viewing for one year.

 


Will the invoice be attached to the email notification?

Yes, the invoice will be attached to the email notification.


 

If I choose to continue to receive paper bills, will I still be able to view the bills on the portal?

You’ll still be able to log into the portal to view, download, and pay your invoices if you receive a paper bill.
