RIGIDFLEX INSULATION
RigidFlex is made from fiberglass insulation board and provides superior compressive strength vs typical fiberglass pipe insulation. The insulation is bonded to the jacketing with perpendicular fiber orientation. This provides a flexible product that is easily wrapped around pipe (including heat tracing), tanks, flanges, valves and irregularly shapes such as grouped pipe runs. The high compressive strength yields a durable, abuse resistant product. Roll lengths makes dealing with large diameter pipe quick and easy, simply cut to the required length. Using RigidFlex eliminates potential delays associated with long lead times for uncommon, larger pipe sizes. The enhanced ASJ (all service jacket) provides a wrinkle resistant, durable and cleanable surface that doesn't support mold or mildew. An alternate FSK (foil, scrim, kraft) facing also available.
