RIGIDFLEX 1000 INSULATION
Rigidflex-1000 is a made from semi-rigid mineral wool and provides superior compressive strength. The insulation is bonded to the ASJ or FSK jacket with perpendicular fiber orientation. This provides a flexible product that is easily wrapped around pipes (including heat tracing) duct, tanks, flanges, valves and irregular shapes with operating temperatures up to 1000°F. The high compressive strength yields a very durable and abuse resistant product. The universal fit eliminates the need to stock uncommon large size pipe covering. RigidFlex-1000 is furnished in rolls 36 inches wide, in various lengths and thicknesses up to 4 inch.
